Director Jock Rodgers is an experienced Development Manager, Town Planner and Project Manager with experience across New South Wales and the Australian Capital Territory.   

The Break Crop is an independent property development and advisory firm, with the purpose of providing high-value property development, management and  advisory services for small to medium developers, landowners, and commercial clients - focusing on feasibility, development management, project coordination, commercial strategy, and risk minimisation.  

The combined expertise in Development Management, Town Planning and Project Management, is reflected in a proven track record of guiding and managing developments from concept through to completion. 

Emphasis on diversification, risk management, and efficient land use, akin to a break crop strategy, ensuring long-term value and delivering commercially sound outcomes that strengthen regional communities.
